About Hal T. Noelke

Hal is a San Angelo native who has has been practicing law for more than 12 years.  He is married to Claire Noelke, who is also an attorney.  Together, Hal and Claire have three children.  Hal's parents are both professors at Angelo State University.

Hal's family has been ranching in the West Texas area since the time this area was first settled.  Hal grew up working on a ranch, and he is uniquely familiar with the legal issues affecting farmers and ranchers.

Hal is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in Residential Real Estate Law and Farm & Ranch Real Estate Law.
